Our First Home

My fiance and I were looking to purchase our first home and Evan was absolutely fantastic to work with. Being new to the housing market, he was great at explaining any terms we were unfamiliar with and was so accommodating to our schedules when it came to viewing homes with us. Our experience with Evan Boyle and The Boyle Group was nothing but first class!!. We started with another realtor but we were having a hard time scheduling visits and felt that we weren't being presented with houses that were inline with what we explained was our vision. We needed help finding "The ONE"!!!! Through word of mouth and a quick social media check, we got in touch with Evan and set a meeting. Even impressed us right away. His organization and attention to detail were exactly what this project needed. Every couple of days Evan would send us new prospective houses to review and we would go out every weekend with a big list of hopefuls. We never had to chase Evan, he was available, open and honest. It was very easy to see he was more concerned about making sure we knew all of the facts to make an informed decision, than getting us to like something so we would buy it. Every time we liked something, Evan would do the homework for the market comparables and the history of the home and present us with all the information available on the property. One day after seeing everything on our list, Evan had a house in his back pocket that he thought we should go see, as the area was great, it had been on the market for a long time and was probably much nicer than the terrible photos let on. Simply Outstanding!

Evan and his team were simply outstanding!!!! We listed my in-laws home with them. There is nothing they could have done better. They come up with the perfect price and strategy. Shortly after listing with them the house was staged and sold for over asking!!!!! They took care of every detail of the staging. Evan and his team repeatedly went well beyond the call and what was required or even expected. When the snow was not shovelled Evan just took care of it. During inspection a few minor issues arose and Evan was on it finding a reasonably priced contractor to take care of matters. And when just before closing a toilet started leaking he had the contractor there the next day fixing it. When I called he was actually at home depot purchasing the materials. I have bought and sold many properties and have never had a more perfect experience from first meeting to closing. I can guarantee that you will not find a more dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working team than the Boyle Group. They give real estate agents a good name. JR

They are always a pleasure to do business with and go way beyond anything I've experienced in care, knowledge and response. They are all in and navigate like pros through the calm and the storms. If you want peace of mind in what can become one of the most stressful events in your life, exhale and go with the Boyle Team. Truly Amazing

I am not big on review writing, but I believe anyone out there looking for a real estate agent should have an honest review on my experience with the Boyle Group I had the absolute pleasure (and that's an understatement) of working with Jacki when my family and I needed to find a new rental as our current one was due for demolition. I won't go into every detail as I want to get my point across, but this was my first experience working with a real estate agent as I never had the full understanding of how that process worked, particularly the financial aspect of it. Jacki from the very beginning answer ALL of my questions, and there were a lot, with no judgement and with a warmth that instantly made me feel beyond comfortable working with her. I shared what we were looking for which I will say was no easy task for Jacki but she continuously pulled through for us. And when I needed a break from the wild process of searching, she happily catered to that too. There was at no point any moment where I felt pressured to make a decision or find a place and that in itself relieved much of my anxiety. Along with being an incredible human to work with, Jacki on more than one occasion went above and beyond in her advocating for us as humans and tenants. And when we finally found a place and walked in on move in day there was the cutest little gift on the counter which I'm sure is normal for real estate agents (maybe? as I said I've never working with one), but the part that really made my heart smile was the treats she left for my kids, whom she had never met, were all personally addressed to each one. That little extra attention to detail I thought was pretty wholesome. So I guess what this whole long thing is trying to say is if your looking for a real estate agent that will truly be there for YOU and will have your best interest at heart the trust me, you won't find any better than the Boyle Group. PS. I know that part of this whole process is also their abilities and knowing the market, but that a give with this team, they truly are just amazing in every way!
